North East Architecture is a newly formed architectural  practice set up by Emmett Doyle RIAI, ARB  in July of 2022. The practice is wide ranging and provides a multitude of services and aims to be an all encompassing business model . Architecturally the aim is to become involved in the craft of building and we have a wide range of experience working in a wide variety of sectors from residential to commercial to educational et al. The practice is currently involved in  certification for conveyancing for legal practices in Dublin. We have qualified a BER assessor on board which again is essential in the modern day building and conveyancing practice. 

Architecturally the aim is to provide site sensitive and location orientated design. The practice aims to be involved in all architectural works stages from concept design to construction and sign off. Our legal background means the practice can offer sound construction contract advice as well as excellent architecture. Finally North East Architecture is a practice that listens to the client intently and acts as a conduit and guide for the client to fulfil their own architectural ambitions no matter the scale of the project.

Emmett Doyle MRIAI, ARB,  BArch, BA in Economics, Politics and Law

Emmett Doyle is a practicing architect based in Dublin. He studied architecture at Dublin Institute of Technology and graduated in 2016. Previous to his architectural education Emmett graduated  from Dublin City University in 2010 with a BA in Economics, Politics and Law. Emmett worked for a number of years in London with Studio Webb Architects before returning home to his native Dublin where he worked for 3 years with PAC Studio. This is Emmett’s first  foray into the world of the self employed and looks forward to providing  professional and excellent all round service in the years to come.
